Coliseum Cinema, cafe up for sale

KUALA LUMPUR: The 104-year old Coliseum Cinema and the adjacent Colisuem Cafe and Hotel are up for sale. According to Knight Frank Malaysia’s LinkedIn post, the company has been exclusively appointed to handle the sale of these properties. Located in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman, the Coliseum Cinema is an operating cinema run by Lotus Five Star Cinemas. The former cafe and hotel are vacant. The iconic Coliseum Cafe closed down in 2021.Reserve prices for the properties were not provided.
