Chubb unveils 2 online platforms

KUALA LUMPUR: Chubb in Malaysia has launched the Chubb Claims Centre — an online platform for travel, accident and medical claims services — and MY Chubb Motor Assist, a digital roadside assistance solution for motor insurance customers. Chubb Claims Centre is accessible on all devices and simplifies the claims process based on the type of claim and its value. MY Chubb Motor Assist offers round-the-clock vehicle roadside assistance to Chubb’s motor insurance customers and is also accessible on all digital devices.
