JV to develop Alor Gajah land

KUALA LUMPUR:  DPS Resources Bhd has entered into a joint venture (JV) agreement with Mutiara Mahajuta Sdn Bhd to undertake agro, agro-tourism and potential solar farm projects on 77ha in Bukit Apit II district, Alor Gajah in Melaka. Mutiara Mahajuta has entered into collaborative agreements with the landowners to develop the land over 30 years, with an option for a 15-year extension. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, DPS said the JV was a significant strategy to enhance the value of the company’s landbank.
