Vmoto distribution deal struck

KUALA LUMPUR:  Ni Hsin Group Bhd’s subsidiary, Ni Hsin EV Tech Sdn Bhd, has signed an exclusive assembly and distribution agreement with Nanjing Vmoto Manufacturing Co Ltd for the assembly and distribution of the Vmoto brand electric two-wheel vehicles in Malaysia. Vmoto will exclusively supply and deliver completely knocked-down components that include spare parts and software for its CPX-Pro and TC-Max models. Ni Hsin EV Tech will assemble the vehicles and run quality control tests, besides commissioning them for distribution.
