Marina weds photographer

DATIN Paduka Marina Mahathir, the eldest daughter of Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad, married Indonesian professional photographer Tara Sosrowardoyo in Kuala Lumpur yesterday. The marriage was solemnised at Sri Perdana witnessed by family members of the bride and groom, said the Prime Minister's press secretary, Zakaria Wahab. Marina is 41 and Tara 46. Marina is a columnist and publicist. She is the chairman of the Malaysian Aids Foundation. - Bernama
