Mygres Ceramiche gets RM50m loan

KUALA LUMPUR: Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Bhd (BPMB) has extended a RM50 million term financing facility to Mygres Ceramiche Sdn Bhd to facilitate the development of a four-star hotel in Bukit Jalil City, here. Hyatt Place is the first international hotel in Bukit Jalil and it is anticipated to create employment opportunities and catalyse economic activities in the surrounding area. BPMB said the project’s positive impact was in line with its goal of driving sustainable growth that benefited businesses and local communities.
