Jeddah’s plan for Ukraine peace

SAUDI Arabia is hoping to carve a path to peace in Ukraine next weekend in Jeddah. Such noble intent must have the support of the international community. But it starts with a handicap, like a similar gathering did in Copenhagen. Only Ukraine, Western powers and developing countries are expected to attend. Peace in Ukraine will only happen if Russia is made part of the peace discussions.
