New classification for Bahvest

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia has updated the classification for Bahvest Resources Bhd’s sector and sub-sector, which will come into effect at 9am next Monday. The stock short names remain unchanged. The new classification of Bahvest will be Industrial Products and Services for sector and Metals for sub-sector. The reclassification for the sector and sub-sector is based on the change of Bahvest’s business activity and core business activity contribution to its financial results. The stock closed 2.22 per cent higher to 23 sen yesterday.
