Settlement to boost Guh unit’s revenue

KUALA LUMPUR: Electronics, property and utility company Guh Holdings Bhd said an out-of-court settlement it is due to receive will bump up its revenue for financial year 2023 by RM4 million. In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Guh said its subsidiary, Teknoserv Engineering Sdn Bhd, would receive RM9.071 million from the settlement it reached with JAKS Sdn Bhd and KACC Construction Sdn Bhd over disputes in connection with a project known as “Pakej D43” — Pembinaan Rangkaian Paip Pembetungan dan Rationalisasi Loji Rawatan Kumbahan Di Batu, Jinjang-Kepong, Kuala Lumpur”. Guh closed 3.3 per cent higher at 47 sen yesterday.
