FOR the first time in Malaysia's financial history, the licences of a commercial bank and a finance company are to be cancelled and delisted from the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange. This follows the acquisition of Kwong Yik Bank by Rashid Hussain Bhd and its subsequent merger with DCB Bank.
