Span urged to investigate barrage incident

ALOR STAR: Kedah Umno has called for the National Water Services Commission (Span) to investigate Sunday’s Sungai Muda barrage gate incident that led to massive water supply disruptions affecting three southern Kedah districts and mainland Penang.
