PLANTER SELLS 2 UNITS IN INDONESIA

KUALA LUMPUR: SIME Darby Plantation Bhd (Sime Plantation), through two wholly owned Indonesian subsidiaries, has agreed to sell its 100 per cent stakes in two plantation companies to PT Global Berkat Usahatama (GBU) for RM518 million.
