‘SOFTER RINGGIT DUE TO EXTERNAL FACTORS’

KUALA LUMPUR: THE ringgit touched 4.73 against the US dollar yesterday afternoon, the lowest in 24 years and almost level against the record low set during the 1997/1998 Asian financial crisis.
