Icon Offshore disposes of Perisai Pacific rig for US$85m

KUALA LUMPUR: Icon Offshore Bhd’s wholly owned unit, Icon Caren (L) Inc, signed a sale and purchase agreement with ADES Arabia Holding for the disposal of its Perisai Pacific 101 (Rig) for US$85 million.
