Arbitration needed for Khir Toyo’s divorce

SHAH ALAM: Former Selangor menteri besar Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo and his wife, Zaharah Kechik, have been instructed by the syariah court here to seek arbitration (islah) to resolve their divorce case.
