Kelantan sees rise in cases, Labuan records 100pc jump

KOTA BARU: Hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD) cases in Kelantan are on the rise, totalling 1,233 cases in Epidemiological Week (EW) 20, compared with 945 the week before.
