UEM EDGENTA, SEDC SEAL PARTNERSHIP

KUALA LUMPUR: SARAWAK Economic Development Corporation’s (SEDC) wholly-owned subsidiary PPES Consults Sdn Bhd (PCSB) has entered into a joint venture (JV) via a shareholders agreement with Opus International (M) Bhd (OIMB), a wholly-owned subsidiary of UEM Edgenta Bhd.
