Don’t rush to judgment, says transport minister

KUALA LUMPUR: The Transport Ministry yesterday clarified that perceptions of “human error”, which had been conclusively determined as the cause of the collision involving two Kelana Jaya light rail transit (LRT) trains on Monday, were less than correct.
