5 proposals to protect state’s mangroves

GEORGE TOWN: The Marine and Coastal Management (MCM) Working Group has proposed five recommendations to create a thriving ecosystem for sustainability of marine and coastal areas in Penang, including for the protection and preservation of its mangrove forests.
