Ministry defends TV Pendidikan move

KUALA LUMPUR, Sat. - The Education Ministry has defended its decision to move TV Pendidikan or Education TV from terrestrial station RTM2 to satellite TV service Astro. It says the shift is cost effective, with satellite broadcasting offering better reception at rural schools.
