Firm: Factory is legal

KUALA LUMPUR, Sat. - THE controversy over the status of Bright Sparklers Sdn Bhd's burnt down factory in Sungai Buloh took on a new dimension today when its shareholders and directors issued a counter-claim that the facility had been operating legally since 1977.
