Operator of new TV yet to get licence

KUANTAN, Sat. - Malaysia's newest private television station, MetroVision Channel 8, will not be allowed to run its test transmission scheduled to start on Jan 15 unless its operator, City Televisyen Sdn Bhd, obtains a broadcasting licence.
