PHB names Mahmud as new CEO

KUALA LUMPUR: Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB) has named its current chief operating officer Datuk Mahmud Fauzi Muda as the new group managing director and chief executive officer effective January 1. Mahmud is replacing Datuk Kamalul Arifin Othman, whose contract ended on Monday. Mahmud has almost 30 years of experience in the property industry, both in property investment and development. PHB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yayasan Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera.
