Channel 9 transmission quality still poor

AFTER more than a month on the air, the transmission quality of Channel 9 in the Klang Valley area is still very weak. The picture is not clear and some times there is no transmission at all. Channel 9 should rectify this problem first instead of extending its coverage to other areas. Quality is important if you want to attract more viewers.
