Petronas buys stake in major Pretoria oil firm

PETRONAS, as part of its globalisation exercise, has acquired a 30 per cent stake in South African leading oil company Engen Ltd in a move to establish a long term presence in Africa and countries surrounding the Indian Ocean rim.
