Dr M: I am embarrassed (HL)

JITRA, Sun. - Prime Minister Datuk Seri Dr Mahathir Mohamad said he was very embarrassed by yesterday's power failure throughout the peninsula, adding that Tenaga Nasional had not learnt from previous experiences to improve the management of the country's power supply.
