TV3 forms Ghana subsidiaries

SISTEM Televisyen Malaysia Bhd said it has set up four new subsidiaries in Ghana in which it will hold a 52.5 per cent stake each. The new subsidiaries are GAMA Media Systems Ltd, TV3 Network Ltd, cable View Network Ltd and GAMA Film Company Ltd. The companies will be engaged in the provision of radio broadcasting network, television broadcasting network, subscription television network and film productions, respectively.
