Judge to head royal panel

KUALA LUMPUR, Wed. - The Yang di-Pertuan Agong today appointed a three-man Royal Commission of Inquiry to investigate the Sungai Buloh fireworks factory tragedy with High Court judge Datuk Wan Adnan Wan Ismail as its chairman.
