TV4 contract `given'

KUANTAN, Fri. - Opposition leader Lim Kit Siang claimed today that the contract to set up TV4 had already been awarded to a local private company although Information Minister Datuk Mohamed Rahmat said yesterday that the tender would only be called next month.
