IN the days before the Internet and mobile phones, seeing newspaper vendors riding their bicycles with stacks of newspapers in the morning was a welcome sight for many.
BATU PAHAT: Foo Chin Yen, 68, has been a newspaper vendor in Semerah, a small town about 20km north of here in Johor, since the 1970s when he took over the business from his father.
