Trial sought in ex-Esscom intel chief’s suit

TAWAU: The RM100 million civil suit filed by a former Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) intelligence chief and three others against the police and 10 other defendants failed to reach a settlement during discussions at the High Court here yesterday.
