TNG Digital launches SOS Balance

KUALA LUMPUR: TNG Digital Sdn Bhd has launched SOS Balance, a solution for uninterrupted toll payments even with insufficient balance. For now, selected TNG eWallet users will be able to go through toll gates despite not having sufficient balance. There will then be given a 24-hour grace period to reload their eWallet and settle the outstanding charges. TNG Digital chief executive officer Alan Ni said SOS Balance reflected its commitment to deliver user-centric innovations that simplified the daily lives of Malaysians.
