Lat gets Seniman Award

KUALA LUMPUR: HER Majesty Raja Zarith Sofiah, Queen of Malaysia, presented the ninth Anugerah Seniman Negara to cartoonist Datuk Mohd Nor Khalid, better known as Lat, at the Anugerah Seni Negara (ASN) ceremony on Wednesday.
