Maxis sees faster cloud adoption

KUALA LUMPUR: Maxis Bhd is set to accelerate cloud adoption for Malaysian businesses by leveraging the recently launched Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure region in the country. Through Maxis Business, customers can leverage cloud capabilities with greater confidence as local data residency will facilitate seamless and secure migration of data and workloads to the cloud. Maxis chief executive officer Goh Seow Eng said the AWS region would catalyse digital adoption, with customers benefiting from greater scalability and security.
